Inbetween madly making work for Christmas sales I have been experimenting and expanding my Ameba range. The new work is wheel thrown porcelain with slightly raised decoration achieved with shellac resist methods. The detail on these forms is based on the intricate, delicate and complex structures of micro-organisms and individual cells.

During the month of January this new work can be viewed at the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery where I am featured as Artist of the Month. The Gallery is situated at 27 Sixth Street, Murray Bridge, SA. (www.murraybridgegallery.com.au)

If you would like a nice day out this new work, along with current ranges will be presented for sale during Adelaide Hills CRUSH Festival 2012 where you can enjoy a glass or two of wine, fine food and entertainment. Along with nine other leading ceramic, glass and jewelery artists I will be presenting work for sale during the CRUSH festival at Leabrook Estate winery cn Greenhill and Reserve Rd’s, Balhannah. 29th February 2012.
